Refunds & Withdrawal Policy

Effective from

This Refunds & Withdrawal Policy (this "Policy") forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Paddle sells each Subscription as Merchant of Record and makes every refund under this Policy (section 2 of the Terms).

1. Right of withdrawal

If you purchased a Subscription as a Consumer, you may withdraw from it without giving any reason within a period that expires 14 days after the day on which the Subscription is concluded (the "Withdrawal Period"). A Subscription that begins with a Free Trial is concluded on the day on which the Free Trial starts.

No charge is made during the 14 days of the Free Trial. When the Free Trial ends, payment is required, as set out in section 8 of the Terms.

Neither the end of the Free Trial nor a renewal of the Subscription starts a new Withdrawal Period. A change between monthly and yearly billing concludes a new contract, with a new Withdrawal Period.

The Paddle Refund Policy grants further rights, which are exercised against Paddle in accordance with it. They include, for purchases in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, a further period of 14 calendar days to withdraw that begins when a Free Trial ends.

2. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by either of the following means:

  • Withdrawal Function. By selecting Withdraw from contract, entering an email address in the field Email for the confirmation and selecting Confirm withdrawal.
  • Email or post. By any other unequivocal statement of your decision, sent by email to [email protected] or by post to PWN d.o.o., Selska ulica 25, 42242 Tužno, Croatia. You may use the model withdrawal form set out in section 6 (the "Model Withdrawal Form"), but its use is not obligatory.

Your withdrawal is in time if you send it before the Withdrawal Period expires.

3. Effects of withdrawal

The Subscription ends when we receive your withdrawal, and the Server returns to the Free Plan as set out in section 8 of the Terms.

Paddle refunds all payments made for the Subscription, with no deduction for the period during which Premium was provided, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we receive your withdrawal. The refund is made to the means of payment you used for the purchase, and you incur no fees for it. If you withdraw during the Free Trial, no charge has been made and no refund is due.

Using Premium during the Withdrawal Period does not affect your right of withdrawal, and we do not ask you to waive it.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation is distinct from withdrawal. Cancellation stops the automatic renewal of a Subscription, which then ends at the end of the current Billing Period with the consequences set out in section 8 of the Terms. Premium remains available until then, and the price paid for that Billing Period is not refunded. A Subscription cancelled during the Free Trial ends when the Free Trial ends, and no charge is made. Cancellation does not affect the right of withdrawal during the Withdrawal Period.

The Subscriber may cancel at any time, through the Cancel subscription link in the Subscription tab of the Dashboard, which opens the Paddle Customer Portal, or by email to [email protected].

5. Other refunds

A person who is not a Consumer has no right of withdrawal. Apart from the rights described in section 1, a refund is due only under sections 9 and 10 of the Terms, or if the Service supplied under a Subscription does not conform to its description and we do not bring it into conformity within a reasonable time; in that case you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the Subscription, and we arrange the resulting refund through Paddle. Any other refund is at our discretion. A Consumer's rights in respect of conformity are set out in section 5 of the Terms, and this Policy does not limit them.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online, using the Withdrawal Function in the Subscription tab of the Dashboard for the Server concerned. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.
