How It Works

Everything you need to set up Auto Publisher and keep your announcements flowing — from your first invite to commands, permissions, and advanced filters.

Get started in four steps

Auto Publisher does the work for you. Set it up once. Forget about it forever.

1

Invite the bot

Add Auto Publisher to your Discord server in two clicks.

2

Pick your channels

Choose which announcement channels should auto-publish.

3

We watch for messages

The moment a message lands in a selected channel, Auto Publisher detects it instantly.

4

Auto-published!

It's published to every server automatically — no manual publishes, ever again.

What the bot needs

Auto Publisher needs these permissions in every announcement channel that's enabled. It only ever publishes messages, from you, another bot, or a webhook, it never creates them.

  • View Channel — so the bot can see the announcement channel.

  • Send Messages — required by Discord to publish in the channel.

  • Manage Messages — the permission that actually publishes announcements.

Commands

Manage everything from Discord with slash commands — or use the web dashboard, whichever you prefer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

It automatically publishes messages posted in your announcement channels — the same as pressing the publish button yourself — so your announcements reach the servers that follow your channel. It is especially handy for messages from other bots or webhooks that you would otherwise have to publish by hand. Note: Auto Publisher never creates messages; it only publishes ones already posted by you, another bot, or a webhook.
