Auto Publisher is operated by PWN d.o.o. (PWN Ltd) ("we", "us"), a limited liability company established under Croatian law, whose registered particulars are set out below. We are the contracting party under the Terms of Service and the controller of the personal data described in the Privacy Policy. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record (section 2 of the Terms of Service). Capitalised terms have the meanings given in section 1 of the Terms of Service.
